No exceptions...
That hasn't always been the case. 2011-2014 Lakeside semi finalists were offered PDC Tour cards on a plate. Only Hankey in 2012 and Bunting in 2014 accepted. Bunting is still on the PDC Tour, having never needed to go to Q School.
Agreed, but those days are gone and should never return

Probably going to have to beat Mensur and Wright
Over best of 19 maybe mensur, especially if he freezes again
31 against Wright is a big ask
Very true, but if she gets past Mensur (very possible), neither Wright or De Sousa have been on top form recently. If she plays her best and they don't it is a coin flip. Although like you say 31 legs is a big ask.
Has she ever played a best of 31 game? Averaging over a ton in a best of 9 game is fantastic, and clearly she's got game because she backed it up against Clemens (and didn't play that badly against Wright really), but it doesn't give any indication that she'll do the same in a best of 31 game
Like I said a big ask, a hint of her ability over a reasonable distance was shown against MVG in the World Series. Will be interesting if she gets that far. In fairness if she was ever to get a card I reckon she will perform better than Ashton has. She seems to be able to raise her game but I want to see her do it in a legitimate fashion as opposed to being given special treatment. That would be well earned and would deserve the plaudits (as over the top that it would inevitably be).

I think the longest match she played was against Dobey at the 2020 World Championship. If I remember right, she led 2-1 in sets but Dobey won 4-2.

We should ask Bob about that

No, she has to earn it like everyone else, be it through Q school or if she manages to get in the top 64

Wont need it at this rate. 2 wins here or at the worlds combined away from the card.

Obviously it would be no guarantee, but she could easily do it with just one win against Wright, if she did, it would require two players in striking distance of her making it through the PDPA qualifier, and at least one player going on a bit of a run in the two remaining TV events, and that's if she doesn't beat the ProTour jobber she's probably going to draw in round 1 at Ally Pally

She is in a fantastic place.
She can get access to the Challenge Tour, Euro Tour and UK Open in the same way that any of us can.
She will continue to get World Series picks I'm sure.
She has extremely good access to the GSoD and the Worlds via the Women's Series.

Tour card...? Meh.

Here's my view on it.
I think Fallon should get an invitational Tour Card. The PDC has done similar invitations in the past, for example for BDO Worlds finalists, or when they did the Women's Worlds in 2010. Similarly, the snooker tour has dealt out invitational Tour Cards to Jimmy White and Ken Doherty a bunch of times now, and also to Marco Fu and Stephen Hendry in recent years, because of their contributions to the snooker world.

As a side note, I wouldn't mind it if the winner of the Women's Series would get a Tour Card in the same way that the winners of the Challenge and Development tours get one.
+1 for mentioning snooker.

If Fallon is in the top 64 at the end of the year does she get a tour card? Or because she isn't one of the current 128 does her money not count towards the order of merit?
