Wade wasn't half a cunt though. When they were doing photos at the end Wade started spouting his mouth about something ridiculous and Jose just turned to Dave Allen and rolled his eyes. Just shows what the whole tour thinks of his cuntish bollocks. Unfortunately for Jose he has to but up with that cunt 24/7.
Didn't see that but if even Jose, who is one of the nicest guys, reacted like that, I can imagine. But apparently he was "gracious in defeat"
He did say the better player won by a million miles and its all good.
He wants to win and it shows. Clearly frustrated with how he played. You don’t want everyone being a Cross who when gets pumped is hugging everyone or feeling them up. Taylor would never do that when he loses.

Exactly this. He was a winner and hated losing. Something smith could learn from the likes of wade

Wade did well to get 12 legs, having got 12 he'll be devastated thinking if only I could have played a bit better for longer, a few more 180s would have gone a long way, gutted for Wade but so happy for Jose, what a story in a year of darts stories, not many would have thought this would happen!
Good old Jose. Every trophy would be handed to MVG about four days before the final if they listened to you phil mate.
yeah true, MVG flattering to deceive again, plays well and, unlike him to be fair, bottled the quarter final. Wright somehow failed to qualify, Price went out so it did open up, Jose doesn't strike me a regular major winner, not that it matters. Awesome tournament though, from the knockouts on it was rivetting, I'd say up there as one of the best Grand Slams ever!
Regular major winner, maybe not, but I tell you what, he's got the game to make the latter stages regularly! I suppose you could say it fell into place for him a bit over this tournament, but it's not like there's an overwhelming favourite for tournaments these days!

Well one thing has come from this year. Duzza, Dimi and Jose winning TV events, Wade reaching 2 finals and Shitters doing well again must mean the end of the contenders bull shit for the PL.

So much money in the game now are they that hungry for titles?

Think there are some players like Aspinall, Price, MVG and Wright who always want to win, Depends on which Wade turns up wether he wants it. Cross, Gando, Smith, Chizzy and Mensur I think they aint fussed either way, but tow the line that it matters to them.

I wouldn't say those players don't care, it's just that darts isn't everything to them, especially Mensur with his family life

Not quite, don’t care but it’s not the be all and end all for them.

Back in taylors formative years he was literally putting food on the table. Builds a different kind of animal.

I was certain that it starts 20:00 CET but no... Then I realised you can pause YT stream. Nice... XXI century

Watched it after what I planned to do.
Good job Jose!!
I liked him from the start of his carees but...
now I'd like him to not win anything in 12 months or so.
Someone posted new major winners, love it!
I'm still new into darts at all (not just this forum) and I'm glad it's not the same 8 players

Very enjoyable tournament, lots of close competitive matches.. Moment of the tournament for me was Jose not going for Bull with last dart, with Chizzy on a double

Great performance and final night of darts after the first two legs I was fearing the worst but Jose turned it around and smashed Wadey off the board in the end. Lovely scenes.

Rather see a sore loser any day of the week, more so when its Price , than a cuddling dross. What a way to win your first major, a 158 out. This year's WC is wide open.

Still fancy one of the "Big 3" to win it. I suspect Gerwyn Price

He's like one of those blokes pictures you see in the local paper saying "Have you seen this man?", the next day it
says he was found walking up and down a couple of miles away muttering "I live round here somewhere."
They're all here!
