Wow can see this going 10 each, Aspinall will be happy to be 5 each, Durrant won't be, been a good quality game though!

It's not been a good quality game.

90-92 averages on these boards is very very average.

You can't be inside the top 10 of all time and be lucky 🤷‍♂️
I've never said that he's a bad player.

He is very lucky though.
He has been lucky since it came back after lockdown.
But can't begrudge him before that.
Overall, I don't have a problem with him.
He's just a bit meh.
I'm in the same boat as you - he is rather nothing - but the Zeyes quote in Senna's signature is a massive part of the problem.

Ever since Durrant switched there's been a ridiculous bandwagon over him not just from fans but from the commentators/pundits as well. Whenever he wins you constantly get comments along the lines of "BUT I WAS TOLD THE BDO COULDN'T COMPETE WITH THE PDC LOOK WHO'S LAUGHING NOW?!?!?!?!" These people must have forgotten / are ignoring how Durrant pissed all over the Lakeside oche on his last win there by saying he didn't have to beat the actual best in the world to be a 3x champion. It's just ridiculous.
You do have a point with that, I agree it's ridiculous at times. I still don't get the constant complaining on here. It's not Durrants fault and hardly a reason to dislike him. Just because he has an annoying fanbase, who cares? If we keep on discussing these no marks, are we any better?
The truth, however ugly in itself, is always curious and beautiful to seekers after it.
