Come on, Senna.
You can't be inside the top 10 of all time and be lucky
I've never said that he's a bad player.
He is very lucky though.
He has been lucky since it came back after lockdown.
But can't begrudge him before that.
Overall, I don't have a problem with him.
He's just a bit meh.
I'm in the same boat as you - he is rather nothing - but the Zeyes quote in Senna's signature is a massive part of the problem.
Ever since Durrant switched there's been a ridiculous bandwagon over him not just from fans but from the commentators/pundits as well. Whenever he wins you constantly get comments along the lines of "BUT I WAS TOLD THE BDO COULDN'T COMPETE WITH THE PDC LOOK WHO'S LAUGHING NOW?!?!?!?!" These people must have forgotten / are ignoring how Durrant pissed all over the Lakeside oche on his last win there by saying he didn't have to beat the actual best in the world to be a 3x champion. It's just ridiculous.
2020 World Grand Prix Lucky Dip winner!
2x 2019 Q-School Lucky Dip winner!
Both as valuable as the Lakeside piss pot!

91 vs 89 in the averages.
Lowest standard PL playoffs ever.

Taylor averaged in the late 90s and 100s in the 2006 and 2007 playoffs.
These two can barely crack 90 on much better boards.

Did John ever play shite? None of the olden time players ever seem to have under-performed going by the tales that people tell of them. He was absolute crap sometimes - admit it!
He would never have averaged 85 on boards with trebles like fucking buckets in his pomp
You just can’t say that though.
I just did
I like Lowe as you know. Nice bloke as well, but to suggest he wouldn’t have the odd blip is ridiculous.
I'd leave it go HJ. He's in one of his moods.

A very brief uptick in form from Aspinall, but an awful end to that leg and we're still on throw

A gripping final so far, enjoying it.
The truth, however ugly in itself, is always curious and beautiful to seekers after it.
