Re: 2024 Masters

The truth, however ugly in itself, is always curious and beautiful to seekers after it.

This would be goodsennafan24 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 22, 2024 5:58 pmThey should scrap it and replace it with a shootout event. The Thorn wrote: ↑Mon Jan 22, 2024 5:57 pmThey should put 8 tour card qualifiers in itTheMalteseDart wrote: ↑Mon Jan 22, 2024 5:50 pm This might be the last year of this tournament in its current guise, what with the line up being announced for the premier league before the event.
The last few versions have had a bit more interest than normal with Clayton, Cullen and Dobey all getting that Premier League spot but now ultimately it feels all abit drab

Re: 2024 Masters
Throw in some WDF players and make it line the old NOTW event. An open draw no seeds.sennafan24 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 22, 2024 7:32 pm 128 TC holders.
Ranked.
Multiple boards.
501, best of 3 legs.
Not sure if its doable, but that would be ideal imo.
Can you envisage a Neil Duff v Scott Mitchell final ?

The current Masters is the most pointless and boring TV event the PDC put on. Only mildly interesting thing is the GSOD places awarded but that’s only the case if you have “unexpected” semi finalists.
Team Corvid 2025 consists of the following 12 players.
Clayton, Littler, Gilding, De Sousa, Wright, Evans, Campbell, Scutt, Lauby, Rob Owen, Patrick Geeraets and Justin Hood.

Re: 2024 Masters
The last few years it's been great because there's been the carrot of a Prem spot on the line, and it has to be said the three players who have taken advantage have played very well in the Prem, but it has lost a bit of its shine now. I'll still tune in to see if anyone surprising does make the final and make the Grand Slam, but it won't be the same as the last few yearsThe Crow wrote: ↑Sun Jan 28, 2024 6:38 pm+1sennafan24 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 22, 2024 7:32 pm 128 TC holders.
