Mrs Sheen has just got to know her biological father over the last six months. He was finally coming north to see her and spend some quality time with her for the first time in her life next week.

Just got a phone call to say he died suddenly this morning. She's in complete shock and neither of us know what to think or feel.

Those who don't realise the fucking maroon stuff is just a joke and have got wound up by it have to learn there is more to fucking life than letting words on a screen annoy you.
Rant over.

Only met him twice and didn't know what to make of him, but she's what's important, not him.

My wife and all her family had a rocky affair with their dad,
He was never spoken to and they all avoided him, he was a coilent fucker to his wife and kids.

As the years past the family all started to make their peace with him except my wife who he saw as the ring leader due to her being the oldest.
My wife after listening to her family was willing to forgive him ( he had broke my wifes ankle with a stick in a drunken rage when she was a kid) and had the briefest contact with him, and he still blamed my wife for his actions, so coupled with her moving to ireland along with her mother, her father saw this as my wifes sort of vendetta.
Forget the fact both are Irish and wanted to return home, he used this to berate my wife, and still the rest of her brothers and sisters were making up with their father.

He then was found dead and so began a tough time for my wife, my wife never hated anyone, she is not that kind of person and deep down wanted to be close to her father but when he was alive he was always breaking her heart and she had started to get along better with him if only on skype and the rare visit when she went to the uk to visit the rest of her family.


even now a few years later she is mourning and confused.I suspect your wife will also be in some sort of dilemma for a while.
Its not your conventional relationship but its one of those things in life that will get to you and depending on the type of person you are has all sort of outcomes
