Best Fish "n" Chips In Britain!

I've travelled this country extensively and still this is the best I've had. The Blue Dolphin in Hastings and the first thing I'm doing when I get down there on Monday is heading there for lunch.

The fish is sourced here http://www.hastingsfish.co.uk/fishmarket.htm spuds from local farmers. Can't be beat!

aint had fish and chips in ages, or at least from a takeaway, when i do they always taste better at the coast.

When it's done well it's the food of gods.

I'll be bringing back a load of fresh fish and freezing it down on the day it's been landed. Make my own batter and it's better than anything th eshops round here do. Thin and crispy instead of loads and soggy
