Beau 'defintely would' accept a tour card for 2026
I pinched the video from Thorny.
She says she would.
She says she would.

I used to think she'd never go for it but she does seem different now. She sounds far more restless and ambitious than before.

Dont think its wise to say something like that about Ally Pally, there was a slight chance that PDC would allow her to play both, because with the 128 players a proper woman would give the first round something special, that chance is gone. Slight chance, but pretty stupid unless she got confirmation from the PDC.
Could drop Lakey womens first prize with 5k to 20k if she isnt playing imo, and spread that 5k among the others.
Also she is dead to Highfield and me.

Re: Beau 'defintely would' accept a tour card for 2026
Personally think that would be the wrong choice.
Currently she can get plenty of no effort paydays along with a guarenteed 25k at the end of the year while not getting burned out and still enjoying darts.
If she switches she will have to put a huge amount of effort in to probably not get the same financial reward, and if as is likely she were to not retain her card for all that effort I could forsee her falling out of love with the game.
I dont think theres any chance she can achieve real success by breaking into the top 32, so why take such an awful risk when it could do such damage to you both financially and to your enjoyment.

Yeah unsure about the card, Ally Pally I understand as she might get some exebitions out of it if she does well. Are tourcard holders allowed to play the womens series? That qualifies for both Ally and GS, so that might be a riskEmulsfier wrote: ↑Mon May 19, 2025 5:48 pm Personally think that would be the wrong choice.

Was top 32 until this year.

Glad she would accept it. Shame that the top 64 can’t play Womens series. Utterly stupid that becuase your good you get punished. Same as the players that banned from the dev tour.
Team Corvid 2025 consists of the following 12 players.
Clayton, Littler, Gilding, De Sousa, Wright, Evans, Campbell, Scutt, Lauby, Rob Owen, Patrick Geeraets and Justin Hood.

In what other way could it have benefited her? Winning against trash was never going to make her a better player.

Certainly not exposure wise
Sponsorship will be far higher at Ally pally even for 1 night
