Arguably got off lightly when considering recent, similar cases. 12 fixed matches identified, 88 other matches bet on and he contested the charges, denying the match fixing outright. Defence that he was unaware he wasn't allowed to bet is laughable given his experience and time in the game as was the point that he hadn't won much. I guess some mitigation was awarded seeing he cooperated but could have been a much longer ban.

Proper sentences, not messing around. This is probably why Modus also changed it system of mainly paying per sessions to which place you will end in in the week. Might deminish the gain from cheating a bit, assuming that the goal is usually to just lose.
