Sounds interesting, would be good for players in that region to get more competitive games in addition to Challenge/Development Tour.

Can't really imagine how this slots in. 18 tournaments is a pretty fat tour so it will be interesting to see if there are rewards beyond the prize money. Free Q-School entry maybe?

I recall the German Superleague will become European Superleague next season? Why not make these 2 the same thing?

Says that it'll have an OOM and the top 8 will qualify for the Super League.

18 tournaments for non-card holders. Presumably you won't need to have done Q-School either so it is a spiritual relation of the Development Tour.

Again translated from tweets.

In addition to professional conditions, NEXT GEN also stands for an innovative prize money and incentive system!

Over 100,000 euros in prize money are distributed every year. In addition to the usual placement bonuses, there will also be prize money for “highlights” such as short legs (12-) , high scores (171+) or high finishes (101+).

In addition, the best players in the tournament series qualify for the PDCE Super League and thus secure the chance to take part in the Darts World Championship in London. Event winners also get the opportunity to play a match in front of an audience at a gala.
