Adrian Lewis
Deserves its own thread
Shame to see this happen. I think this is the end of him ever playing at a high level again

Re: Adrian Lewis
Not overly surprised.
I recall he's said a few times in fairly recent years that he was on the verge of retiring.

His ranking position isn't that bad in the whole scheme of things

Aye, but his current form is very poor for his high standards.Smithy1412 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 22, 2023 1:16 pm His ranking position isn't that bad in the whole scheme of things
Ross Montgomery has earned more money on the PDC pro tour this year ffs.
Although he did play very well at the UK Open last month.

Re: Adrian Lewis
Yeah he’s so disinterested he’s literally quit playing pro I’m sure he’ll be up for playing at 9am on a Monday in a church in Portsmouth for a couple of hundred quid

He might be going into another business.
Collab with Ron Craggs or something.

Trouble seemed to follow him around but he always came off a genuine bloke in his interviews.

Re: Adrian Lewis
All his memorable battles towards the end centred on yelling rather than darts.

Re: Adrian Lewis
+1
He was scary. It probably goes without saying that he should have won more. Having Taylor around didn't help but even so. There were times where it felt like he simply should never lose a game of darts.
