MvG--De koning van darts, simple as

Michael Smith--fancy he'll win a world title in the next 5 years, think he's already the second best player in the world and he's young enough to stay there

Humphries--will probably win a TV title by then

Rock--really promising first year, I know Cadby and de Zwaan are cautionary tales, but unless he turns out to be a crock or a loyalist paramilitary, I don't see any reason he can't become a top 10 player

Dimitri--will probably win a few other TV events by then

Price if he doesn't retire

Dirk--not a million miles away at the moment, I don't see why he can't crack the bottom end of the top 10

Ross Smith--ditto Dirk

Heta--already in the top 16 despite not going on a big run in the ranked TV events, but even if the switch doesn't get flicked, that didn't stop White from getting into the top 10

Barry--has had a pretty poor back end to the year, but overall he's on the up, think he'll be there or thereabouts in 5 years

Players just outside:
Cross: Obviously more talented than a lot of these players, not sure his action will hold up for another 5 years
Aspinall: same really, especially with his injury problems
Clemens: hopefully his run to the semis will propel him forwards, he's already in the top 20
Rafferty: a fairly promising first year on tour, hasn't really done much on the floor but has done well when he's had his chances on TV
Bialecki: think he's mustard, reached a TV quarter-final without even having a tour card, 5 years might be too soon for the top 10 though
