Aside from the obvious I always think of Jamie Harvey.

Aye. He had some match with John Part, and made those comments afterwards about Phil Taylor.

Harvey was at 3-3 in sets and 2-2 in legs against Part, and left himself double 20 with Part on 161. Part took out the 161, of course.
