Awful last Friday , lost 14-7, the least said the better.
It can only get better.
Spread was adequate but not memorable, crusty bread cheese and ham, sausage rolls.

No game for my team tonight pretty pissed off as opponents cancelled an hour ago and this is the 3rd game in 5 weeks that we have had the other team cancel because of not having enough players.

Should have stayed home last night one smell of food in the pub and I was sick, stayed long enough to make sure we had enough players then went straight home to bed. Looks like all 5 of us that went to the darts sunday have got a case of lakeside lurgy.

Still chucking absolute filth but the dreaded dartitis is a big factor.

Frustrating, annoying, soul destroying etc etc etc.

The spreads have been mixed.

No fights.

Have had it for 12 years now myself

Still banged in about 20 180s while watching the super league lot last night. Weird game.

Dragged in to play for her dad’s team today, scraped a 2-1 win. Didn’t play particularly well but hit plenty of 180s and decent finishes in the mess about after. Considering I didn’t have my darts I’ll take it.

Good stuff with the 180 bonanza fest CWS. That's 3 of us on here then with some sort of dartitus issue.

Mabbsy has it nailed, it's all about the spread.

Daughter roped me in to play in an Open league 301 double start. Most teams have no females! We have 3, plus 4 males ~ 6 singles and 2 pairs. Win is 2pts, Draw 1pt. Joint 2nd after 16 matches and in the final of the league cup.

I soon found it to be a shit league for buffet as most teams don't do one ~ Tory town, tight cunts! Our team spread is top notch at the posh golf club in Labour town. It also serves the finest tap water as well as teas and coffees while you play, and the usual alcohol and soft drinks. An aside, If you fancy their sunday roast it's only? £19.95

The yips have subsided for the time being, back to chucking some superb stuff against my mates. Probably won't bother playing competitively.

Last time this happened I went headfirst back into super league, lost my first game 4-1 despite a 153 finish, 2x 180s and a 28 average, rejected a county call up and couldn't let them go six weeks later
