Phil Taylor is the greatest darts player ever.
The list seems very biased towards the PDC. World Championships do not necessary make a great player. Wright or Priestley do not warrant a place in the top 10. Not convinced about Anderson either. Where the hell is Richie Burnett or Chris Mason !! I have said before if Chris was as dedicated to his health regime in his playing days as he is now, he would have won so much more. Such a talented player.
Wolfie should be definitely be there and Glen Durrant, how much more would have Glen won if he wasn't sunk by covid. Also Ted Hankey or possibly Jocky Wilson too.

I've had an idea for a brand new BDO on event called the Summer Slam. 3 day event Friday. Saturday. Sunday. Based in the summer obviously at a chosen decent sized venue.
Involving BDO mens. women and WDDA players. Mens top 16. Women's top 8. WDDA top 4 total of 32 players put into a blind draw.
Friday Group A consisting of 16 players. Saturday Group B consisting 16 players.
Once both groups have been drawn a second blind draw would happen to see who plays who in a straight forward KO event. The 8 winners from each day 1 and 2 would advance to a final 16 Sunday finale where it would become 8v8 Team vs Team on again a blind draw headed by a chosen team captain. The final would work on a points table 2 for win. 1 for draw. 0 for loss.
At the end of the final the winning team would be the one with most points but if the table is tied the two captains battle head to head in final showdown to take the prize money which is split between all the winning team
This is a great idea where the men, women and disabled players can come together in one super comp for a chance to take some dosh. New event and if you think it's shit then you can kiss my gritbixxx and put a donk on it. Hear me nowwwwwww. Shaggy ! Bigworm
