Gary Welding, for that match against Colin Lloyd at the 2006 World Championship. Lloyd blitzed him in the first 2 sets, averaging around 107 at that point. Welding responded with a 100+ average set of his own in the third set. Then the match became scrappy, and it was Welding who got over the finish line.

I don't think Lloyd 100% recovered from that loss. It was the timing of how it happened that must have hurt most.

Well, maybe two things. I was going to say beating MvG at the World Cup. Or getting screamed at in his face for no reason by John Moron Jnr.
Pretty sure that weird looking Canadian cunt beat wadey, wadey choked many match darts brutally.
Oh yes, I do remember that. It was the World Series.

Aye, I only remember Welding for that game.

Painful viewing.

Considering Seashell didn't really do anything he did a few fun things.

Here he is humbling the goat and his teammate Jim Long looking on as it all goes down.

Les Wallace - bagpipes and wearing a skirt

Magnus Caris - somehow lost to a man with a broken back

Klassen - paedodarter

Matt Clark - beating Barney at Lakeside (maybe 1996ish) and cheering up all the racists there

Colin Monk - fish face
You would think that Monk would be remembered for a specific game or tournament run (he did win the BDO Masters in 1996). He played in 15 World Championships that were shown on TV + numerous other TV events.

But similar to you, I remember his mannerisms while throwing rather than anything specific he was involved in.

Wallace had a beautifully swollen belly in the senior events he played in last year, I've missed the cunt this year.

He did win the official regulated world title at the home of world darts, the lakeside. A legend in my books.

Losing 10-0 to Part in Blackpool is the only thing I think of for Monk.

That was a real hiding. Part's revenge for Monk beating him at the 2003 UK Open.

Oh yes. Pie had an incredibly featureless time in the PDC. I can think of nothing darts related.

Andy Smith won a 2007 Pro Tour in Scotland by beating James Wade in the final with a 108 average. Shows the difference between floor and stage, as I can't imagine such a scenario on stage.

On the other side, Scott Rand beat Andy Smith at the 2012 World Championship by winning all 9 legs played.
