15k this morning, building up. I finally got a place in the Vitality Big half in London. I’m running for the British heart foundation.

Did a 10k yesterday in the scorching heat which makes it 22k ran this week which is a lot for me, last month or so I’ve been stuck at around 5:40 a km on my 5k runs and can’t seem to improve it but in March i was around 5:20.

I blame pubs reopening and being on the beers most weekends for this levelling out

That’s a good effort! I’ve been doing 16k runs recently, preparation for half Marathon on 22nd August. I did 3 last week.
