Another normal day in Leicester. Life is good.

I tried calling the police but after 5 minutes on hold the phone went dead. The station is 5 minutes from me so I dropped in. The guy on the desk, who looked about 12 said he would see if the address had any previous reports "when he got a minute"
I was literally the only person in there
Nobody came out that I saw
She's probably dead by now

Took the car in for the MOT yesterday. Got a call that the brake lines were corroded and need to be replaced on both sides. 8-900 Euros.

Said I'd have a think about it. Picked up the car and told them I decided not to do the work.

Took it to my regular mechanic today. He passed the car. Gave the MOT. I asked did you look at the brake lines.
'Yep they are fine'
How much would it be to replace both?
3-400 Euros!
