Build a player

Post by Dave90 » Sat Nov 21, 2020 12:04 am

Most players seem to get a hell of a lot of stick on here, and it got me thinking, what does a player have to do to be liked by the majority on here?

Quick thrower? Look normal? Not bottle it at crucial moments?

Phil Taylor was the whole package for me along with Bristow and Lowe.

Bottling it is a big no, as is being a plodder who has been there for decades but won fuck all. I think a quick/smooth throw can help but the speed jobbers like Wattimena or Evans aren't desirable either.

I think most people like Chizzy for example, even though he's a serial choker he's a nice guy, doesn't act the cunt. At the end of the day pretty much all the players will be divisive, and not all the reasoning has to be rational.
The truth, however ugly in itself, is always curious and beautiful to seekers after it.
