Re: 2020 Players Championship Tour
I’ll be honest I can’t remember, I think he was fined but I might be wrong. The point being, he was allowed to continue in that event, again I might be wrong but I think he got to the final of the said floor event. The Thorn wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 10:56 pmLewis was barred from entering tournaments while the DRA case was going on, wasn't he?HalloweenJack wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 10:54 pmInteresting. MVGs statement implies that if a players puts his hands on another player in a threatening way they are removed from the tournament??
I get that and that’s fair enough, but if that’s the case, why wasn’t Lewis thrown out of that event when he grabbed hold of that player in that floor event?
Surely it’s not one rule for the big boys ( no pun intended regarding Lewis) and one for the other players?

This picture? @TheRedBit180
Wade (and everybody's) 180 bragging rights over Devon are pretty slim in it really but yes.

Seems you were right as I’ve found this, although he was still allowed to finish the event it happened in. Interestingly, in the statement Lewis made, he makes several apologies yet none to Justica .The Thorn wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 10:56 pmLewis was barred from entering tournaments while the DRA case was going on, wasn't he?HalloweenJack wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 10:54 pmInteresting. Re: 2020 Players Championship Tour
I guess the tournament director didn't get involved with the Lewis incident. Cunt deserved the fine but the suspended ban was bullshit, it means fuck all.HalloweenJack wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 11:05 pmSeems you were right as I’ve found this, although he was still allowed to finish the event it happened in. Price gets a £21,500 fine after the GSOD in 2018 ( reduced by half on appeal) for his so called behaviour.
Yet Lewis actually grabs a player and gets fined 3k

Re: 2020 Players Championship Tour
They have been full of shit for a long time. Wade got off lightly too. I keep saying they should hand out bigger fines since 3k for these players is nothing. At the same time would you put a bigger responsibility into the hands of these cunts? They are independent, my ass.HalloweenJack wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 11:13 pmThis is where I question the punishments fished out by the DRAThe Thorn wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 11:08 pmI guess the tournament director didn't get involved with the Lewis incident. Re: Joe Cullen's terrible barnet.
Saw an interview with Price a while ago where he said he had a "hair transplant" and it "clearly didn't work."

Couldn't agree more.
I can also remember a few years back MvG pushed Rowby into a table but Michael got no punishment?? Explain that.

Re: 2020 Players Championship Tour
John Worsley also comes across as a little bitch to be honest. Why get your knickers in a twist about what someone else is doing. You wore something you shouldn't have, explained why you did it and that was accepted, wasn't fined was he? Why go running to an official?
And players have always got others to mark for them, be it a favour or paying them because they can't be bothered, not exclusive to MVG.

Nice shout, he played well most of the week so should definitely not have been that big still.TheMalteseDart wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 8:00 pm Backed Boulton at 300/1.. needs to make the final, shitting myself, before you call me insane his form this year has been really impressive and better than a 300/1 player
Boulton, Rydz and Kciuk all showing improved form, good to see. As well as Lewis obviously but other than honourable mentions from Randall and MUFCJames it is as usual crickets in here when he does well.
