Tough one but it's Dobey. Being overhyped as the biggest talent there is yet it doesn't seem like he'll become a main player anytime soon.

Most on that list seem like pet projects to varying extents and the Dobey thing means nothing to me. Only two players on the list I'd say are truly and widely revered, and one of them is the only one of the five who never even tried to reach the top. A quite scandalous absence of justice.
