Rees and Klaasen and arguably Lloyd, Thornton, Warriner,Harrington, Hankey and Waites.
Had he been active 95-2016 he definitely wins world titles.
As it was he wasn't and he didn't.
I'd say he was a better player than most of the post split champions but they have it on the cv
