"He will get eaten alive in the PDC"
"He wont get a Tourcard"
- Durrant scraps a tourcard
"Ha, He will not win anything he's with the big boys now"
- Durrant wins a pro tour event on the 2nd weekend
"Thats only a Pro tour, You wont see him at the Matchplay or Grand Prix"
- Durrant eases into these very events
"Haha big boys will get him now"
- Durrant gets to both semi finals beating MVG in one and being unofficial unified champion of the world
And so on and so on

Where he lands after the World's, I think he'll level off there for a few years at least. He's playing just as well now as when he joined the PDC and that he hasn't won a Major means his money will fall off in dribs and drabs rather than having a couple of huge drops.
I know this 'defending money' theory was proven right with Bunting, but he was already playing shit well before the end of his 2nd Year, so had no hope of defending what he won early.
I'd be shocked if the same happens to Duzza.

If he doesn't make the PL Final or get through the Floor Qualifier, I will officially join you and Senna in the 'Duzza's overrated' camp.

Here is what I posted when he first switched:
So far, I have mostly been proven correct.sennafan24 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 17, 2019 7:49 pm He's not a better player than Smith, Wright, Cross, etc. He's going to find it hard. He'll probably make a semi-final, maybe even a final of a TV event. But he'll do well to win a major.
