Chisnall is one of my favorites not because he's one I can cheer for in the end (because he never comes out on top when it matters) but because he's a scoring powerhouse, can take out massive finishes even though he's often considered weak on the doubles, and he always puts up a tough fight when he loses.
Even I thought he was a prime example of someone who is shit on doubles for long, and a lot will say he still is after missing three matchdarts yesterday. But that's the thing. He never wins these matches. Same with the 2015 PL. Or the Summer Series event. But he's not one to believe his chances are gone, and under that specific pressure he does excel.

<3 Dave. I think at this point we can also admire Pingu's longevity as a top (ish, whatever) player.

He's about to enter his 9th consecutive PDC Worlds as a top 16 player. As is MVG... That's probably where that comparison ends, but this is a good achievement which very few can claim to have matched.
