They really should settle this question by having a series of tournaments where only Non-TC Holders can play, and then having some sort of ordering of the players based on their results.

Ovens was the quintessential grinder. Could throw a decent leg here and there keep in the vicinity and hope for his opponents to mess up. All the while just doing his thing.
