Which dart players with near misses will never win a major/TV title

As per the question, which players who have been near to winning big titles, will never cross the line, in your own humble opinions?
Current players only.

I’ll start with,
Chizzy. Big scorer but I don’t think he will win a major/tv title.

These players will not win a TV major imo.

- Duzza
- Chizzy
- Bully Smith
- Bunting

Not sure if Duzza and Bunting count as players who have "been near to winning big titles". Given that neither have made a final of a PDC major yet.

I perhaps should have said people that haven’t made a final. I do think Duzza will win one as I do the Bully Boy.
I’ll add Mervyn King ( for not winning one), I know he is past his best now but he has lost finals.

Will Wade and Lewis win more??

Time will tell wether or not DVDB will win more. I think the Asp will. Gurney, no idea
MVG, Anderson, Wright, Price I think will
Cross ? If he can get his form back then yes he will.
Wade, call me biased but I think he will.
Lewis ???

Looking at those results it’s not like he has come close in a final. Fair play to him for making 9 finals though.

As much as i think Glenda is a soft tit mentally; I think he wins a major or a pseudo major in the next 2 years. I'm not a Glenda fan but admit he has been a breath of fresh air. He is the one player who i think self deprecation works for him. By his own admission he doesn't have a long time frame to do it hence my two years.

Bully boy will win a major. Jizzy will not. Similar mentality but one is much younger the other it's much more stupider.

I have always been a big King fan but way past his prime. More likely Lewis wins another than Merv the perv. And I rate Fatpot as done but he does have age on his side and drive still there, unless the choice is buffet vs major. Then buffet wins or slaughterhouse eats.
