You move the top left one from 9 to the bottom of the 4.

Then move the top right one of 4 to bottom left so it reads 6-3=3

Take the centered stick from the 4 and put it on the bottom left of the 3 then take the bottom right match from the 3 and put it on the bottom left of the 4 and you have 11 - 9 = 2.

Regarding the Modus shit, I didn't even bother with the PDC Home Tour, why would I watch even worse players on a low quality stream? Not much of a shock with the match fixing either, Ginge said something about it around the time it just started.
