my double ring has popped out.
the rest of the board is still in good shape so I'm going to try
and see if I can just glue it back in somehow.
I'm open for suggestions as to how to do it and what to use.

Why not carefully paint the wall behind green and red. Jobs a good'un.

was worriedly thinking that I'd only glue the far edge, but you sound reassuring enough
from previous experience to go whole-hog, squirt it right in the bristle, lather
the thing up and whack it home. ta-da! I'll be using an Estwing 20 ounce, model 20-07,
claw hammer with a leather grip. it's nicely balanced and gives a good swing.
