Played decent players- Thornton, Jenkins, Wade, Hamilton but none of them really played at their best. Neither did Lewis though, made the mistake of rewatching that final not too long back- although I sort of credit Hamilton for trying to turn it into the slugfest that should have suited him more. Just played too shit to make it work.

What are they going to do with the World Series then... scrap it?
To be honest, that would probably the most ideal solution at this point. By the time it's summer hopefully corona has mostly gone, and since World Series serves not that much of a purpose compared to the rest of the tour, they could just decide not to have it this year. It's not that it'll attract a massive more crowd to darts every single year, which is the main purpose of WS.
