If I'm thinking correctly, that's MVG's first ever loss in Hasselt. He won every single Euro Championship that was held there.

I wonder what exactly is going on in van Gerwen's head. Blame the new darts all you want, but he doesn't seem in the right frame of mind to win like he is accustomed to.

I don't think the change in darts manufacturer will have helped. His game's very erratic now.

Shame to see Merv dump out Big Martijn. Good debut Euro Tour for the Selectas' #2 hater regardless (behind Nick Kenny of course).
