Scrap the floor qualifier, open it to the top 24 in the criteria and make it unranked.

I think you could even keep it as a ranking event. Without the floor qualifier, all Euro Tour-winners would virtually be guaranteed a spot (along with possibly a few PC-winners) and anyone can qualify for a Euro Tour-event.
