I had the fortune of never writing a resignation letter inmy life, and have no intention of ever writing one.

the boss in my job i worked at for 19 years was absolutely hated by most of the staff, I however found him to be sound and he always treated me fairly and any cunt he treated badly deserved it for allowing himself to be treated that way.

The bosses in my next 2 jobs were not as lucky, one died and the other got jailed.If someone pisses me off I walk and never have taken shit of anyone and no intention of ever doing so.

In saying that I can understand those who do who are bound by other commitments such children , mortgages etc and always enjoy seeing cunt bosses getting their come uppence.

I was contracted to work certain hours and he tried to demand i worked more than that, talked to me like dogshit. I organised self employed work outside the contract hours with other companies to get me some more cash and when he found out this he freaked and literally said i should not work for anyone else. I mean how does he expect me to pay my bills etc. He sits at home and spies on you all day on camera which is a fucking joke....just a complete bellend!!

Ive only written one. booked two weeks off work, came in on the last day off to see my boss with a letter that just said

Dear x

Im leaving the company with immediate effect.

He asked me why I just said "found a better job than this place", he said "Ill walk with you out to your car", I said "no need, bye" and never saw the bloke again . Couldnt be bothered with any cheap shots as I thought it would be more funny to just walk in and say "im off bye!"

Written a few and always been polite. The one place I truly hated was a part time number in a hotel bar when I was at University. I loathed it so just left. handed the manager the letter giving a week's notice and then promptly took a week's sick leave.

Wouldn't ever do that again but I was young.
