A JOBSWORTH was nicked for clamping two cop cars guarding the Queen.
The Royal Protection Squad officers were keeping watch as Her Majesty made a private trip to meet a pal.
But Gareth Andrews, 37, spotted they were parked in private residents' bays and clamped the cars.
The cops claim they explained their role, showed warrant cards and warned him he was putting the Queen's security at risk.
But the wheel clamper allegedly told them: "Rules are rules — pay the fine and I'll let you go or you'll be towed away."
An eyewitness said: "The clamper shook his head and pointed out a 'No Parking' sign. The next thing he was nicked."
Andrews was charged with obstructing police and is due in court on June 3.
The Queen was having lunch on a superyacht at a marina in Portsmouth, Hants, with millionaire friend Sir Donald Gosling on Wednesday.
Mike Eames, of Shoal Enforcement said his employee was arrested by a plain clothes cop.
He added: "At no time did the officer identify himself as a Royal Protection officer or make mention of the Queen's visit."
