I haven't a problem with him being dead it's how it came about. He should have been tried in a court of law

Then deciding who lives and who dies due to court issues is another matter, but yes you are correct, his future should have been sorted in a court, not by a mob. conducting themselves in much the same way as gaddafi was blamed for doing throughout his reign as leader.
