There may be a letter from Auntie Sue to the counties circulating stating that when the Selectas called the EGm they didn't actually put down a vote of no confidence. If that's the case it's a very amusing self defeating exercise

He would be better putting his feet up for the next few weeks, watch the WDT fall flat on its arse and then try again. Properly.
Big changes on the way ! We've heard it before but it's different this time !!!! , I believe Bdo gonna grow x

Thought the vote was implied by one of the reasons and point of discussion is the board capable.
Seems to me the BDO lawyers are using a creative interpretation of things to stymie the vote. Here if you have a quorum, whatever that may be according to by laws, operating agreement, any vote can be put forward, barring any clauses that specifically state a procedure for any specific vote or motions.

I believe should an EGM be called the reason should be on the discussion paper. There's no AOB

The letter doesn't specify a vote to remove board members is to occur, so apparently one can't occur on the day.Father Rout wrote:I believe should an EGM be called the reason should be on the discussion paper. There's no AOB

Round 5 of this clashed with the final weekend of Lakeside this year, and probably will do again in 2019. Hmm....Rogg wrote:Meanwhile I see Channel 4 snaffled up a slice of the big one in club rugby.

Interesting that just a few days ago the Williams seemed intent on fighting this take over. Now they are decide to fuck it off. Wonder what changed their minds? Interesting that Williams will stay on till end of term to help. A smart business person wouldn't want the stench of stupidity and ignorance and possible poisoning of the search process for new candidates. Are the positions that complicated they need to stay on and hold someone's hand?. Fucking morons don't do anything till October anyways roll they decide the rules on lakeside selection.
