I liked the "everything's within 2 hours of me" part; a thinly-veiled reminder to Friesian Fondler on what he's missing out on, perhaps?

Fair play to Jamie, seems like a nice guy. A decent player as well, hope he makes it. Great to see more and more BDO lads finding their common sense and giving proper darts a go.Rogg wrote:Ticking a few boxes here to make a mushroom frown.

More delusion on fanatics....
Callum Crutchfield Whilst I fully agree that it’s an absolute must that lakeside is televised im pretty confident that it will be shown live by a broadcaster whether it be c4 or someone else.
I genuinely think there is far to much talent and class on offer for this not to happen, I get that organisation at the top isn’t great and it looks increasingly likely that change will happen but I think that the players quality and dedication will force tv coverage through.
Then once all the nonsense backstage is sorted and the marketing of the bdo is brought up to date there is no reason why both men and ladies darts within the bdo cannot be broadcast far wider than it is now! These players a lot who have been loyal servants to this system for years and years deserve that at the very least.

Dedication? What does that even mean? Deal breaker for the TV commissioners it certainly won’t be.

£658k which is a small increase on the previous year but over £100k down on the position at the time of Uncle Barry's offer. It should be noted that since then Pages Lane was sold so the real cash drop is in excess of £300k.Randall wrote:How much left in the coffers now?
Should also be noted that debtors reduced by £140k which implies either write offs or converted to cash.

He may not think so but I'm sure the Selectas will be using these accounts to beat up Auntie Sue at the EGM. They also have the advantage over me that as Des is a director he's seen the full accounts and has access to the prime records.Robert Ross wrote:It's not about the money, Spineless said so.Father Rout wrote:£658k which is a small increase on the previous year but over £100k down on the position at the time of Uncle Barry's offer.
