Fire off another email, claim to be a potential sponsor or some shit.

But announce you're going to contact them again on TDF-Lite first for maximum lulz.

Ha, the gift... just noticed the 'About BDO Events' tab...

BDO Events is the new commercial arm of the BDO (British Darts Organisation). Our aim is to support the BDO in its mission to enhance, invigorate and deliver a new Experience for the BDO’s Dart’s Events.

Our first darts event will be the BDO Open World Trophy at the iconic Blackpool Tower (The World’s biggest dart). This event will set the standard for all of our events moving forward and breathe new life, into what is already a wonderful game. With our links to the commercial sector we are bringing media and sponsorship to events to create a level playing field for our players.

We are committed to our plan to bring the BDO back to the level of recognition that we feel it deserves.

Welcome to the revolution of the Dawn of Darts for the NEW BDO and all its affiliated nations and players.

The words may be different but the outcome is always the same

Just another vague description to promote the lies and illusion.
As MH said the outcome would not have mattered, even if the cunts had tried

The "deserves" stuff has always been the best part of all these big plans / new era spiels put out by the BDO and its hangers-on. They're perfectly right that the BDO keeps going further towards what it deserves, but I guess "continued erosion of its reputation and eventual demise" isn't actually what they mean when they say that.
