You asked whether Paul Lim's 9-darter was shown live. It wasn't. John Lowe's in 1984 and Paul Lim's in 1990 were both recorded and shown afterwards. There wasn't a live televised 9-darter until 2002, Shaun Greatbatch on Dutch TV and later that year Phil Taylor on British TV.
