But these so called 'Nine Darters' are on non-regulation boards with a .1mm difference in the size of the trebles, so of course, they not WDF sanctioned 'Nine darters' and therefore do not count...

You have been following darts far longer than I have. Has the difference in quality always been this big since the split? Or has it increased over time?

the pdc has always been superior from the day of the split.

The top players in the world have always been in the PDC, the difference was outside the top players the rest were all relatively evenly matched, in that the pdc #11 could lose to the bdo #3, or the pdc #12 would beat the bdo #2

As each year passes, the elite group of players gets bigger , the best of the bdo constantly leave for the PDC where we are at the point almost everyone of note is in the PDC.
