Re: The James Wade appreciation thread.
Despite my slight dislike of Wade, he is the only likeableish person I would not mind lifting the trophy now, Wadeyfan I shall be for the remainder of the tournament.

400 posts talking about how much they like a darts player? How sad

Hope he can pull out a performance tonight. But fear he will already be talking himself into a loss. Too much history.

Re: The James Wade appreciation thread.
The most depressing part is Myers actually trying to call out people for liking a darts player.
Anti-darter if I've ever seen one
EDIT: Best part is who the topic starter is
EDIT 2: Who, mind, has made a fairly substantial amount of those 400 posts

There's only one Professional Darts World Championship, and that isn't held in Surrey

Wade has recent stage wins over Taylor so I very much doubt he'll fold

Doesn't usually fold against Taylor (remember the 2 x 9-dart PL final) but does not have a great record either.M H wrote:Wade has recent stage wins over Taylor so I very much doubt he'll fold
Taylor 45
Wade 8
Draws 5

Even though Wade has decent recent form against Taylor I wouldn't back him over this distanceNoisycrowds wrote:ill have £50 with anyone that taylor wins

Re: The James Wade appreciation thread.
taylor slowly getting better like the grand slam from what i see
if he keeps his concentration he wins
wade has that session where he will average 80 and lose 5-0

Up first also suits Taylor. Mind you Wade wont be as pissed either so could make for a good match

I would love you to be right, wade could pass out lewis in the ranking or be very close, wright would be closing in on taylors 3 rd spot
