its not very often I would stick up for Nick Griffin, but that episode of Question Time was an utter disgrace. It was effectively a "lets slag off Nick Griffin" session, even the host was laying into him and it was absolutely nothing like what a normal episode of Question Time consists of. He should have been given a chance on a normal programme, Im sure he would of made a fool of himself even without the baying mob in the audience.

I know, they were pretty much useless but the point I'm trying to make is that even if they had superb policies and finances then the brainwashed masses would still just vote Conservative or Labour.

Well over half of voters in the EU countries (according to polls) are in favour of reforms so they cannot afford to be stubborn. The EU will also not be wanting Britain to leave.

Cameron is playing a dangerous game. He has agreed to a 2017 in/out referendum just to cancel out the UKIP threat but it could lead to the people voting us out of the EU which he doesn't want.

I hate referendums. We elect politicians to use their expertise and make the right decisions for the country. Referendums just put the decision in the hands of people on both sides of the debate who frankly have nowhere near enough grasp of all the facts. It looks like they are giving the people power but they are really just passing the buck.
