I walk roughly 8 -10 miles a day, non smoker, non drug user,prescribed or illegal, balanced diet , and rarely drink.
When I use to drink 7 nights a week i never suffered hangovers not that my body is healthier I feel the effects more if i go out and drink like i could in the past.
