Re: Heysel Memorial Thread
This was funny
I used to work with a scouser, I asked him in all seriousness what where his opinions on what happened at Heysel, his response, " it was never a penalty ", no mention of the dead.
When you actually feel anger over a place like this it's time to get a life

Instead of being ashamed of Heysel, and the ban that ensued because of it, someLiverpool fans took a Steaua Bucharest banner to a Derby game with Everton to wind up their local rivals. The pretext being Steaua won the 1986 European Champions Cup that Everton had been denied an opportunity to play because of the violent behaviour of Liverpool supporters.
