I have been diagnosed by my doctor as having acute dartarmartis. I saud wot ? He said dartarmartis !
Well fuck me, I though it might be due to throwing darts, as my left arm is good and I ulternate hands mastibating ensuing both get an even shear of the action. So, arseholes now dealtwith.
My arm is still sore, sure I have a computer related job, and hit the keyboard 70% of the day !...and I work like Hell heated up.

Any you guy's have knowledge/experience with a sore arm/shoulder ????
I am 50 years old after all, perhaps just old age...but as I can turn your face into a sponge supported by broken bones right now, I doubt my fitness has little to do with it .

The warm Coca-cola did not work, arm is still sore. However I believe a vital ingredient was missing from the advice given. It's been suggested on another forum that 6 x paracetamol and codeine phosphate pills should be crushed and dissolved in the Coca-Cola before applying to the effected area.

I'm undertaking trials presently.

I'm not sure this is working, however my right arm is looking a lot healther shade of brown, like I've been driving all day with my arm out the window !

Well you'll be please to know I've cured the Dartarmartitis.
I've been taking Lesters Oil tablets. These contain Omega-3 and vitamin D.
Has taken about 6 weeks, but the pain in my shoulder has now gone. As these tablets are good for general health I will continue taking them, as will likely also prevent any future joint pain reoccurring.
