Dead Man refuses to pay Taxi fare

A woman is suing security company AlliedBarton, for allegedly putting her son in a taxi and sending him home even though he was dead.

Hospital security guards sent A’Darrin Washington, who they claim was “uncooperative” and “refusing to talk or move” home from Cumberland County Hospital, in a cab.

Mr Washington had been attending the North Carolina hospital for a decade due to reoccurring pneumonia due to his non-Hodgkins lymphoma.

UPI reports that Mr Washington was admitted to the hospital and misdiagnosed with bacterial pneumonia.

After he was correctly diagnosed with fungal pneumonia and given the proper medication, the hospital said he was ready to be discharged even though he was still feeling weak and ill.

The hospital called a taxi to take Mr Washington home.

Guards from the security company moved him from a wheelchair into a cab, says the man’s mother Deborah Washington.

The complaint says that "A nurse called for security to escort Mr. Washington from his hospital bed to the lobby for discharge because Mr. Washington was allegedly 'uncooperative' and 'refusing to talk or move,'"

"Mr. Washington was unresponsive due to the fact that he was dying."

Ms Washington claims that the guards put her son in the cab and even crossed his legs.

When he arrived home following the 45 minute drive he was “unresponsive and cold to the touch”.

She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages for negligence, wrongful death and negligent infliction of emotional distress.

taxi drivers who are normally the thickest cunts I have ever come across , bet that driver had no idea , too busy ranting on and moaning if he is anything like the fuckin mutants we have over here
