Mrs and the kids running a stall at the school Christmas Bazaar, so that allows me an early start and a chuck in peace.

Happy Days.

Cheers.

Wife is on a 13 and a half hour shift today, whilst her parents are due to turn up early afternoon. Glory be.

Nope. Little ones now just over 8 months old. She had 6 months off (I think??). She only works 2 days a week, but they're bloody long ones.

Aren't the ladies entitled to 12 months nowadays?

That is a serious shift, she's expecting the kids tucked up in bed on her return I imagine.

Remember when my two were little uns we were raking it in, child benefit, working tax credits, maternity pay.

Plus all the cooking and cleaning was done.

Just receive child benefit now and it doesn't go far.
