Hit by a bike

I was driving my range rover through Cheltenham today and got side swiped by benny hill on a bike, do you think I should report it?

Depends how bad it is/was. If your car is seriously damaged and/or you are seriously injured, then report it. If not, I'd say it's not worth the hassle even if you wanted to prove a point.
