thing is people like Irons whether you agree or not have the right to their opinions, and the pc liberal press hound people like that.

“I mean look at 'Top of the Pops',” he said. “What were those girls doing there? What did they want, the lot of them, when they hung around the caravans and trailers afterwards?
He's right as I said earlier in this thread. These girls at the time looked as they were legal tender and threw themselves at the stars of the day.

In the day under age sex wasn't the issue it is now although it was illegal, but. Should these people caught up in this now be reasonably expected to ask for proof of age before doing the deed? Unless it was obvious of course.

Shagging a groupie dressed to the nines is way removed from Saville abusing kids in hospitals and stuff like like

I agree with Irons. He is actually talking about the same thing I said to a friend earlier today.

There's good and bad in this as evidenced by Stuart Hall pleading guilty to kiddy fiddling, he wouldn't have pleaded that way had it not actually happened. One I believe was nine years old and there's no way she could have looked like legal tender.

However, groupies throwing themselves at pop stars of the day doesn't for me seem like a credible prosecution case.
