3 please MH.

I'm throwing well in practice but lately I can't seem to manage to produce it in the singles in our local league. Throwing well in the doubles matches, it's just the singles that are frustrating the crap out of me over the last few weeks.
One year I got a bike for my birthday. So I went peddling off down the road and knocked an old lady down.
'Can't you ring your bell?' She said. 'I can ring my bell,' I said 'But I can't ride my bike'

And one for me also although for much of yesterday's session I did little more than hang in and just scrape home

Two more down the pub last night practicing with the team. We were supposed to have a league match but the other lads rang late to postpone it

His game's coming along quite nicely mate. Slowed down his throw a touch and now it's very fluent
