had a lovely bit of roast chicken wrapped in a rasher with some stuffing in it( made from glutton free breadcrumbs)
A heap of mixed lettuce and spring onion and some cheery tomatoes with a lashing of balsamic vinegar, and a hard boiled egg......it was delicious, and enjoyed the mug o 'ta afterwards as well
